Pizza is one good food that god has created for humans to eat, a kid or a 90 year old or someone in their 20’s all are in love with pizza. You can eat it at anytime and you can enjoy the food that you eat too. There are a lot of things that matter when we talk of eating right and healthy, people have many old myths about pizza being an unhealthy thing to eat however the reality is pizza is healthy for the ingredients used in its preparation. Pizza in San Jose is much relished Italian food that people eat with a delight .
Cook your own Chicken Supreme Pizza!

●    1 fresh pizza crust dough
●    Cooking spray
●    2 teaspoons olive oil
●    1 cup chicken
●    1 cup sliced mushrooms
●    1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
●    1 cup thinly sliced orange bell pepper
●    1 cup thinly sliced onion
●    1/4 teaspoon crushed pepper
●    4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
●    3/4 cup low salt marinara sauce
●    4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced $

Preparation
1.    Preheat oven to 450°.
2.     Roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle on a flat surface. Place dough on a 12-inch pizza pan cooking spray.
3.     Heat oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the chicken to pan; cook 2 minutes, stirring to crumble. Add mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, crushed pepper, and garlic; sauté 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.    Spread sauce on the dough, leaving a 1-inch borders. Add cheese evenly over sauce. Arrange chicken mix evenly over cheese. Bake at 450° celsius  for 15 minutes or until crust and cheese are browned. Cut into 10 nice hearty wedges.
