BHEL PURI: 
 
Behl puri has its origins from the west of India, from the region of Gujarat and Mumbai, but is loved in all regions. The key ingredient of this dish is puffed rice, lemon, a few veggies and chutneys, however, there is minor modification as per the taste of locals. Bhelpuri has a blend of three flavours spicy, sour and sweet. 
 
PAPDI CHAAT
 
Papdis are the crispy small chips, papdi chat is the blend of curds, masala, coriander, pomegranate seeds. Like all Indian chats, this one has a lot of modifications. However, the essence of the sweet and sours and crunchy flavours remains intact.
Pani puris have many names, the puck has, gol-gappas, batasha and more. No matter what the name this is one dish that the majority of Indians swear by. The meal comes in three parts puri, masala and pani.  Each part has its unique taste the puri is crispy, aloo masala is spicy while pani has a tangy flavour, the blend of all these together is heavenly.
